ABOUT KIRSTY MENAKER & JESSICA RICHBURG
Kirsty Menaker found her passion for yoga in 2016 and quickly became inspired to show others her passion of movement, and her favorite thing- inversions. She went to Hawaii for a 200 hour intensive immersion teacher training program in April of 2017. After graduating, she started traveling and connecting with other yogis across the United States. In early 2018 she settled down in Texas with her husband where she currently teaches public classes locally and private classes online. Kirsty cannot wait to share her passion for everything from inversions to chaturangas. On the mat, she loves to teach invigorating power vinyasa sequences but also loves to mix in a yin or restorative class to her students.
Jessica Richburg is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Bodyworker, she is dedicated to share her passion for holistic health practices. She began practicing yoga in 2015, after experiencing anxiety and depression. She was initially drawn to the asana- the physical postures, however, it didn't take long to notice the positive changes in her overall state of mind and well-being. Jessica became a certified instructor in Charlotte, NC. Jessica‘s true passion is sharing the gift of yoga in hopes of inspiring others to live a life infused with greater states of peace and purpose. She believes yoga is for everybody and her main focus is alignment based Vinyasa with mindful elements from various traditions and styles of yoga.
